Mr Harold P. ("Sonny") Gordon, Q.C.
Chairman of The Board

Prior to becoming Chairman of Dundee Corporation in 2001, Mr. Gordon served as Executive Director and Vice Chairman of Hasbro Inc., from 1995 to 2002, and was a Partner with Stikeman Elliott from 1975 to 1995 where he served in several capacities, including a Managing Partner. Mr Gordon also currently sits on the boards of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc., Dorel Industries Inc., Jeanne Sauve Scholars, Madacy Entertainment L.P., Transcontinental Inc. and Sonomax Hearing Healthcare Inc.
 

   

Mr. Mark Warren

Mr. Warren is a graduate of the University of Toronto and The London School of Economics. He spent 11 years holding a number of senior positions with a U.K. merchant bank working in its London, Tokyo and Toronto offices. Following his departure from the bank, Mr. Warren was involved in a number of financial start-ups (including the mutual fund and insurance industries). He enjoys the companionship of his 3 dogs and 2 cats.

   

Mr. Glen Tennison, CA

Mr. Tennison, a Chartered Accountant formerly of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, is a graduate of McMaster University. Prior to joining Pethealth in 1999, he held finance positions in Toronto’s Entertainment Industry. He oversees Finance, Operations, Information Technology and Human Resources. He has one dog, a retriever mix named Teddy.

   

Mr. John Warden

Mr. Warden is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University. He has over 25 years of General Insurance Management experience, both Company & Brokerage, in Underwriting, Claims, Administration, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Warden is insurance licensed in 9 provinces and 24 states, a Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Canada.

   

Mr. Andrei Cornienco

Mr. Cornienco joined Pethealth's IT Team in 2002 as a Software Developer. He has since gone on to hold positions within the company as Manager of QA and Reports, Assistant Director of IT Services as well as Director of Software Development. Mr. Cornienco was a key member of the team which created the PetPoint Animal Management Software System and as Pethealth's Vice President of Information Technology, is actively involved in its ongoing support and development. Mr. Cornienco holds degrees in both Nuclear Engineering from Odessa State University (Ukraine) and Computer Science from Kishinev State University (Moldova).

   

Mr. Brad Grucelski

Mr. Grucelski has worked in the animal welfare field since 1994, and has filled numerous roles at the local level including executive director, adoption counselor, animal control officer, volunteer coordinator/ trainer, and euthanasia technician. His national experience includes working with the ASPCA National Shelter Outreach team and as the Customer Support Supervisor for PetWhere shelter software. Brad joined Pethealth, Inc. in 2005 to build and manage PetPoint’s sales & training teams. In his time with the company, he has assumed responsibility for PetPoint’s technical support and application business analysis / design. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategic development & design of the PetPoint SaaS platform and oversight of PetPoint Customer Support Team.

   

Mrs. Connie Howard

Mrs. Constance ("Connie") Howard has over 30 years of experience working in animal welfare and shelters. Before joining Pethealth she spent ten years as Vice President of Operations at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley overseeing the shelter, clinic, animal control, and training departments. Prior to that, she acted as Director of Shelter Services for the American Humane Association ("AHA") as well as dedicating time to the professional development of others through AHA's Fundraising, Shelter Operations, and National Horse Abuse Investigator's schools. Before moving to Colorado, Howard served at different times as Executive Director at the Humane Society of Chittenden County and the Central Vermont Humane Society. Her career began at the New Hampshire Humane Society over a period of 12 years culminating in the position of Operations Manager.

   

Mr. Gary Levine
Vice President, PetPoint Solutions – Pharmaceuticals

Mr. Levine has worked in the Animal Health Industry for 30 years serving in both sales and marketing management roles for 2 of the largest global animal health companies. He was recruited to launch a European Company in North America and head up their marketing team. He launched a whole range of vaccines, diagnostics tests, pharmaceuticals and ecto-parasiticides in North America. He also championed and launched a new line of feline vaccines that eliminated the issues of chronic inflammation caused by adjuvants to help assure the safety and welfare of our feline pets. Mr. Levine also headed up regional field sales management teams bringing pharmaceutical and flea and tick products to veterinarians. More recently Mr. Levine was asked to bring the first Fipronil based generic of the leading brand of topical flea and tick product to animal shelters in the U.S., so that the leading molecule for flea and ticks could be affordable and used on all pets that shelters care for. Today he continues on that mission of bringing affordable best medicine to Animal Welfare Organizations and is heading up the Pharmaceutical division of PetPoint Solutions with a team of both inside and field sales representatives whose goal is to deliver to shelters, generics of the leading brands they use every day, but now at affordable prices.

   

Mr. Peter Galoska, CGA

Mr. Galoska is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick and McGill University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, a Graduate Diploma in Management and is a Certified General Accountant. During his fourteen years in the Banking, Insurance and Real Estate industries, he acquired expertise in the development of major financial information systems while assuming more senior roles in financial management. Following that, he spent eight years in public practice and then became the Director of Finance for various entrepreneurial businesses. Since joining Pethealth in 2005, his primary responsibilities have been the day-to-day financial reporting and operations of the Company.

Mr. Andy Roche

Mr Roche is a graduate in Insurance and Risk Management from Sheffield University. He has almost 30 years experience in General Insurance Management and specifically in the Sales, Relationship Management and Business Development functions of UK major insurance companies including Zurich, Aviva and latterly joining from AXA in London. Mr Roche is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII), a Chartered Insurer and enjoys mountain bikes, football and sharing the family home with the family Persian cat, Gemma and English Cocker Spaniel dog, Molly.

   

Ms. Harpreet K. Sidhu, LL.B (Hons.)

Ms. Harpreet K. Sidhu is Pethealth Inc.’s Corporate Counsel and advises in all areas of corporate compliance and oversees the legal affairs of the corporation, including litigation, contracts, employment, and trademark and patent acquisition. She also manages governance and regulatory compliance for the corporation and is responsible for all in-house ethics programs, government affairs and public policy activities on domestic and international affairs. Harpreet earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Buckingham School of Law. She is affiliated with professional and not-for-profit organizations, including Law Help Ontario, The Law Society of Upper Canada, Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, and The Canadian Corporate Counsel Association. Apart from English, Harpreet is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.
