Mr. Richard Renaud, FCA
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Renaud is President of Northbrock Capital Inc., and Chairman and Founding Partner of Wynnchurch Capital Limited. Mr. Renaud has played key managerial and directorship roles in the strategic realignment of a number of companies including: AMJ Campbell, BCE Emergis, Canstar Sports, CS Resources Limited, Diagem, iaxis BV, Dundee Bancorp Inc., Radiomutuel and Weider Health and Fitness.

Mr. Renaud has extensive industry experience working with companies serving the following sectors: consumer products, publishing, manufacturing and financial services. Mr. Renaud has a much loved canine companion called Zena.

Mr. Mark Warren

Mr. Warren is a graduate of the University of Toronto and The London School of Economics. He spent 11 years holding a number of senior positions with a U.K. merchant bank working in its London, Tokyo and Toronto offices. Following his departure from the bank, Mr. Warren was involved in a number of financial start-ups (including the mutual fund and insurance industries). He enjoys the companionship of his 4 dogs and 2 cats

Mr. Tennison, a Chartered Accountant formerly of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, is a graduate of McMaster University. Prior to joining Pethealth in 1999, he held finance positions in Toronto's Entertainment Industry. His primary responsibilities are in the areas of Finance and Administration.

Mr. Steve Zeidman

Mr. Zeidman joined Pethealth Inc. after 7 years as the Director of Information Technology of New York City's Center for Animal Care and Control, one of the nation's largest animal shelter systems. Previous to being appointed the company's CTO, he was Pethealth's Director of Information Technology. In addition to CACC, he has 5 years experience in non-profit management and operations. Mr. Zeidman has received a BS in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a MS in Information Systems from City University of New York. At home, he enjoys the companionship of his dog Roscoe, rescued from a shelter.

Mr. John Warden

Mr. Warden is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University. He has over 25 years of General Insurance Management experience, both Company & Brokerage, in Underwriting, Claims, Administration, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Warden is insurance licensed in 9 provinces and 24 states, a Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Ms Arts joined Pethealth after 15 years experience in increasingly senior marketing roles within the technology industry. Prior to joining the company, Ms Arts managed the marketing communications department at Lavalife.com, was responsible for the development of First Media Group’s ecommerce and social networking platform, as well as the revenue diversification strategy and traffic acquisition for Moxy Media’s network of over 300 web properties.

Miss McKillen joined PetProtect Ltd after 13 years in various roles for RSA insurance. Her experience is specific to the operatational/call centre environment, with previous roles in leadership, project management, data analytics, customer/product insight at both operational and strategic levels.

Mr. Peter Galoska

Mr. Galoska is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick and McGill University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Management. During his fourteen years in the Banking, Insurance and Real Estate industries, he acquired expertise in the development of major financial systems while assuming more senior roles in financial management. He spent eight years in public practice and has been the Director of Finance for various entrepreneurial businesses for the past seven years. His primary responsibilities are the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Mr. Andrei Cornienco

Mr. Cornienco joined Pethealth's IT Team in 2002 as a Software Developer. He has since gone on to hold positions within the company as Manager of QA and Reports as well as Assistant Director of IT Services. Mr. Cornienco was a key member of the team which created the PetPoint Animal Management Software System and as Pethealth's Director of Software Development, is actively involved in its ongoing support and development. Mr. Cornienco holds degrees in both Nuclear Engineering from Odessa State University (Ukraine) and Computer Science from Kishinev State University (Moldova).

Mr. Gilberto Gandra

Mr. Gandra is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He has held various managerial positions in the insurance and non-insurance sectors of the company since joining in 2000. His primary responsibility is to build and expand relationships between Pethealth Inc and veterinary clinics, principally in Canada and certain regions of the United States.

Mr. Dave Shum

Mr. Shum joined Pethealth Inc. after 13 years of senior IT management in the pharmaceutical industry and 4 years in the not-for-profit sector. His primary responsibilities include IT Infrastructure and Service Management. Mr. Shum graduated from the University of Waterloo and completed his Business Option from Wilfred Laurier University. As a child he had a habit of taking in stray animals and has fond memories of his 15 dogs, 10 cats and numerous other pets growing up. Today he enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, daughter and their pet hamster Clover.

Christa Chadwick comes to Pethealth with over 10 years in the animal welfare field. She has been successful in a variety of positions in the industry, and was most currently the Director, Animal Care for the Ontario SPCA, providing leadership and support to over 50 animal welfare organizations in the province, and direct supervision to 17 Ontario SPCA-operated facilities, including 2 high-volume spay/neuter clinics and a wildlife rehabilitation facility. Christa shares her home with her husband, as well as 14 yr. old border collie mix named Tilley, and 2 orange tabby cats named Dougal and L.C.
